Friday 4.17.15

•Strength:
Deadlift- work to a 3 Rep Max
Strict pull ups 3xMax Effort
*If you can do more than 8 strict pull ups on each set, add a little weight by holding a dumbell between your legs.

•Conditioning:
14min EMOM
Even min- 12 wall balls 20/14#
Odd min- 3 hang snatches 135/95#

•Cool Down:
Foam roll
Lunge hip stretch
