•Skill: 5min of Double Unders/singles
**every time the rope stops, you do 1 burpee.

•Conditioning:
18min AMRAP
5 Chest To Bar Pull Ups
10 Box Jump Overs
15 Hand Release Push Ups
20 Abmat Sit Ups

•Cool Down:
Calf stretch
Chest stretch on rig/wall
